Agreed. Le Tour II, III, or IV from ‘75 through ‘80. None of them were full chrome from the factory so this is homegrown. The Sugino crankset (if stock) would point to a Le Tour IV.

130mm/74mm triple cranks would not appear until the early 2000’s, ten years after this bike was made.
