Those triathlon saddles aren't very comfortable either. Just play with adjustments on your current seat first, point the nose a little lower, in small increments.

The proper way to fix a kickstand is to unscrew the bolt and throw the whole thing away. Then you have tons of other solid methods to prop your bike without extra headache.

Chainrings are stock. I replaced the stock 11-25 with 11-26 cassette. Perhaps it's cheaper and makes more sense to replace chainring to 30t.
