I went for for a short 5 mile ride on my break today (I telecommute) and really enjoyed being able to do that.
Siu Blue Wind, I’m rarely in the Contra Costa area, but maybe after I get better and stronger, I can check out bike clubs. Possibly there are some northern California ones. That could be fun.
