MoAlpha, I had an interesting case yesterday. Patient was very upset that he was losing his mind. Story was classic for episode of Transient Global Amnesia. I was able to talk him off the ledge.
Everyone’s favorite diagnosis to make. Good for you for sparing them an encounter with a neurologist and an MRI! Was there a thermal shock involved?
