Do the two wheelsets have the same hubs? Most HED have swappable end caps for 12/15/QR. If you can't swap the caps between the two sets, you might be able to get HED to ship out another set for you.

Edit: it looks like the GP have swappable caps but the SL might need an axle kit for the front - $65 bucks with bearings and sleeve. If you want to have the better wheels on the new bike anyway, definitely worth it. Then you don't have to set the GPs up tubeless (I wouldn't set spares up tubeless - they'll sit too long and the sealant will dry up and whatnot).
