Freewheel looks weird -- I would have expected 14-16-18-20-22 or 14-16-18-20-23, yours looks to be 14-15-17-20-22, or maybe it's just the camera angle. Paint is in great condition -- very nice find!
The freewheel is a 14-15-16-19-21. It's definitely not for hilly areas. Thankfully it's mostly flat in my area.
