Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Only recognized wind speed measurement in these United States:

Last time I got on an airplane I gave a face scan. Hopefully it truly is the last time I got on an airplane.

seriously - (I was joking earlier) - that might be the first / only headset cartridge bearing I can recall that developed the ‘indexed’ feel … thought it might be due to a bad / failed seal or something like that …

but then again - that was a lot of miles (25k)

My Madone gen 6 had that happen to the headset. It was indexed dead center so I thought it was norma and rode it that way for over a year. It had to of happened when I crashed it. Anyways, took it to the shop for a tune up, they were not impressed.

Central and South Americans are so susceptible to type 2 DM that I bet they do a lot of them.

It happens over time from pressure and vibration and that’s why they always “index” straight ahead. Bearings like that are not designed for continuous axial loads, but no one has come up with something better.

You and your science.

Well that bike had the least amount of mileage and it’s the only bike I have experience that with. Though, come to think of it, the cervelo headset was wearing weird.
