I have the RaceBlade clip-on fenders like in the pic posted above (only put them on for rainy days), but I would much prefer having full fenders. Maybe one day when I can afford to build another bike that accommodates such things, but for now I make do with what I have.
I'm not referring to raceblades, ding dong.

The light does vibrate only on rough pavement or bumps, however it does a good job at holding everything in place. Short of a more permanent and sturdier solution ( epoxying a welded nut to the fork) or buying a new fork, I think it's best I could do.
Nothing wrong with it! But you should be advised that over a period of months the zip-tie can rub the carbon fiber, working through the top layer of whatever they used to finish it. IME.

No, you're trying to cover for the fact that you goofed and conflated yourself with the target of my replies. Ie, you weren't paying attention.

So I guess I'll spell it out.

You insinuated that the OP made his bike look like a POS because he used those zip ties and square pieces, and that you would have ridden your bike made to accept fenders. I said that some people have to make do with what they have. I included a personal example of my commuter bike which is not made to accept fenders and how I used clip-on fenders to make do with what I have. You weren't referring to RaceBlades specifically, but that wasn't the point of my post, either.

Name calling also doesn't help.

Incorrect. You responded to me in the context of you using your raceblades. You have apparently forgotten what you were talking about. Unless you're mounting your raceblades with duct tape, I'd say you're safe from getting your feelings hurt.

Also, as aforementioned, if you have the cash to spend on a Ti bike as well as the propensity to show it off with a BMW in the picture, then surely you have the cash to buy fenders made for low/no clearance vice ruining an otherwise attractive bike. The problem with your "make do" statement is that it is colored as if the op has to make do because he can't afford any better - in which case there would not be an issue - however the op obviously has enough money to get by.

Have a cup of coffee, it helps take cortisol out of your blood.
