LAJ has never steered me wrong. There is history there. He was there for this monstrosity
If that had been the right size, this bike would have been dope to rebuild. It was a 54. Rode it for a year convinced, I was a 54………. Surprised my knees survived.
Notice how there is barely any seat post showing gene.

I had an R2000 Really cool bike, but it met an untimely end. It wasn't the right size, but it was my first nice bike in 20 years.

I guess I need to go shopping for a window air conditioner for this apartment. The only window only opens 13" wide, think they make 'em that small?

One of these days i’ll learn to listen to my body. 5x5 with the new numbers was a failure. Super windy conditions, I think that if it wasn’t for the wind I could have completed it but would have been at the very low end of zone 5. Anyways I pulled the plug with one min left in the first set. Have to decided what to do tomorrow.

I needed a hitch receiver for the Escape but am cheap so I bought a $100 2-inch "class 3" off of eBay and spent an hour or so laying on a rough driveway installing it.
It went on without too much drama, but doesn't quite fit right so once everything is all torqued down it's crooked
Need to get some washers to use as spacers and have a bunch of fun with a rat tail file to get things all lined up, but hey, I can't see it when I'm driving so it's not a huge priority

If not, you can always get one of those free-standing things with a duct to the window. My parents had one in NYC. Worked well.

I don't know which Cannondale this is but I can put you in touch with the owner if someone needs a retro project.
