Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That's not bad. A patient I just saw said he was recently in LA and in Koreatown there was VERY high mask usage.

I totally get that, but we want to try this daily for 2-4 weeks to see if the condensed nutrients are beneficial. Believe me, I don't want to do this any longer than necessary.

This is probably in the best interest of everybody in the air, and those that would be below you.

Everything is redundancy in aviation. Two pilots, two control columns, two sets of instruments, two computers that interpret the air, pressure, temperature and speed calculations, two gps, two flight management systems, two autopilots, two stall protection systems, two computers that control everything about the engines.

And velo two reversers

Agree, see my post above, #7406 .

I actually hope it doesn't do anything beneficial , giving me no reason to have to do it for the rest of my life.

I wish I liked fruit. I can’t stand most of it and I have to force myself to eat the fruit I do stand. The exception would be pineapple. I can devour some pineapple.

They are all good IMO.

Actually one of my most favorite fruits is dried pajarero figs. But they seem to be nowhere to be found, Wegman's has not had them in ages and I don't know if it's a seasonal thing or what. Sad.

I experienced a rim tape failure on the Basso yesterday, so I decided to dust off the Lemond. Such a sweet ride on the gravel and grass portions of my commute.
