Vintage Alex Singer - $4,000 (Plaistow NH)
Beautiful 1972 Alex Singer with many extras. If you’re looking at this you understand how rare these bikes are. Included with the sale are many extra parts such as a TA French threaded crankset and pedals, Huret rear derailleur and shift levers. The bike is in immaculate condition and absolutely stunning.
Pedals in the photos are not included.

I think $125 is a fair price, but they're located in Oklahoma.

Bike mower
Actually, i would talk them down to $100; there's a lot of rust on the front hub
(Apologies, i didn't see a joke thread, but i had to share this with you all)

yeah that would be a nice little sumthin', especially to see if the ad has some better pix than this blurry one (but at least the full bike from DS).
From what I can see here it's better than a "100" and very likely a "300" so possibly in the same league as a Peugeot PX10, making it a $100 deal if so.

Thanks for that^, it does look to maybe have remnants of a 531 decal on the seat tube and on the fork, BCM lugs and Wagner fork crown (I think) but not sure if the DOs are forged or stamped. Could be a "200" but I still think the top-of-line 300 is a possibility.
In any case it would be well worth a look if you're in Portlandia and interested in vintage French (but it's gonna need a little work).
Seller may be inclined to take even less since it's already been "marked down" once.

At least it doesn't claim to be a PX-10.

Very nice bike for $145.
Actually an 18 speed.
Brake hoods and chain suggest it has sat. Has 27 inch wheels so lots of room for fatter tires
