What would be the recommended glue for mending a separating crabon sole?
My lake mtb shoe soles are starting to separate at the heel. I’ve written Lake to find out what they’d recommend but without any response from them, I’m thinking this weekend I should repair them as I only wear them for commuting.

So I'm in the kitchen, busy but feeling good about preparing a healthy meal for the family: I've got some veggies roasting in the oven, I'm chopping more veg that'll be eaten raw, quinoa is simmering, grill is preheating for the chicken (S&P, natch), etc. etc. Little Girl walks in, surveys the work, looks at me and says, "Dad - I'm not going to eat that."

Velo Vol note road condition. This is a bit of an extreme example of our road decay, but it is not very hard to find this kind of stuff around here - I can think of at least three spots on my regular routes that are this bad or worse:

I see that chica climbed nearby Mount Mitchell.

Hey, it was probably pretty smooth back during the Reagan Administration!

Sounds good. Wiki says the town is at 6700 feet, should be cooler.

I would certainly recommend it over methylprednisolone taken by mouth. Applied to the skin they’re both essentially harmless.
