Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Each set of spokes came out easily, till I got to the rear drive side. Whoever built the wheel years ago used some thread locker/spoke prep that really held the spokes TIGHT. Every spoke, each turn of the spoke wrench, the spoke would wind up, then *TICK!*, over and over again, all the way up the threads. The others, I could just back it off a bit with the spoke wrench then use the nipple driver the rest of the way. Not these. The stuff on the threads was reddish brown, and hardened after all these years. ONLY the drive side on the rear.
I’ve only ever used oil or grease.

I used to be one of those guys before mostly giving up the seeing patients thing, and have gotten a bit cynical over the years, but I have to endorse this suggestion.

I googled to learn why a rheumatologist would be needed in a hospital. I'm still not sure.

Dang it, just broke down and placed a tyre order yesterday. I keep forgetting there's a free tyre pole in town though.

Oh well, if there are any Sixers on there they're probably crappy wire bead commuter junk anyways

A friend of mine had a Honda 600 as his first car. It was fun to ride around in. He destroyed it.

Still the "King"/most popular off roader worldwide. Legendary. Simply put, it will go where others can't. It's most current edtion.

They admit patients who require inpatient care and consult to other services on patients with rheumatological issues. Virtually all hospitals in the US have rheumatologists on staff. However, just because someone is associated with a hospital doesn't mean they spend all their time there.

The car is parked in a place that should make it easy to load. Can probably be driven on.

Chilcy to Cold at night. Nice during the day. Saw two bald eagles and heard two foxes screaming. Got tasty clam strips in Rehoboth. Pulled into a city park and spooked a Great Blue Heron that was crouched down by the edge of a pond. The wind was the real negative. When I first got off the ferry back in NJ, I could only manage 4 mph on one wide open stretch leading to a bike bath. Panniers make great sails.
