Speedplay Zero Cro Moly for 6' 7" 240 lb Clyde
I am a beginner road cyclist outfitting his first road bike since the 10 speed Huffy I got for Christmas in 5th grade. I am leaning toward the Speedplay Zero Cro Moly as the pedal for my new ride because of a recommendation from a more experienced cyclist than myself who knows a lot about bike components. He said they are very easy to clip in and out of.
Any of you Clydes/Athenas have any experience with these pedals? What do you think?

I've got Speedplay X'3 model very simular but they work great I'm 6'2 and 240+ pounds I've been upto 250 on them and no trouble yet. the iceskating feeling took alot to get used to but I'm not sure if the Zero's have that issue.
when I first got the bike I thought they would snap off on a hard climb!lol!

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Chromoly's should be fine. I might be concerned if they were Ti, but the steel ones are solid pedals.
