Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm surprised so many people are using Jawbones. Are they really that good? I'm not a fan of the look.

M-Frame with Strike lens

Since I don't see them ever increasing in value, I don't consider them an investment.

IMO they are. To each his own though. Everyone has a different head. Jawbones fit much better than Radars on mine, so that's why I have a pair.

right now I'm using whatever I grab off the table after buying a 10 pack of cheap sunglasses for 10 bucks. I want to SPEND, not invest some money in a pair of orange and white jawbones though.

Ray-Ban uber alles

+1 on the Wayfarers with prescription lenses. My big noggin means not a lot of sunglasses will fit, but Wayfarers do.

I have these too. Colorless lens for winter and night rides, easy switchout. Styles come and go, but these are great riding glasses because they are highly funtional.

I use Rudy Project for the nose grips as well. Most other brands allow my lashes to touch the lenses: most annoying! You can adjust the Rudy's just right.

M-Frames forever.

I know it makes me look like a 90s MLB outfielder, but they work perfectly and are very comfortable. I use the yellow lens for late rides, the VR28 for cloudy days, and the black one for very sunny days. However, I only wear them while wearing a helmet, as like the lycra it just looks silly off the bike.
