So I just finished with the bulk of my ppt slides for my 50 min senior seminar coming up. I'm at 58 slides right now.
Tommorow night I will make all of my appendix slides (5-10 of them) that wont be part of my presentation but might be utilized during the Q+A session after my talk.
I'll have from tommorow night-Oct 25 to make notes and practice me talk. It feels nice to not finish something at the last minute for once...

I found my ring. It was between my bed and my nightstand. Must have fallen off in my sleep. Maybe I need to fatten up?

someone sell me a 54cm caad 7-9 frameset please.
I'm considering one of these atm: https://www.cannondale.com/usa/usaeng...09-5RR1D-R1000
Should I wait for a caad9? Are caad9's really much better than these things? I can get one of these for cheap right now...

same here. I'd think with the way desserts are designed, it's intended to overwhelm your brain & make shoot your dopamine levels through the roof. I think someone actually found the brain activity of eating trashy food to be similar to getting high on coke. This is why i've finally decided to cut out most of the junk i buy from time to time. I think doing this alone can get me down to 155, without having to do the 2250 kcal/day diet. If i can pack on some muscles from now until January, it'd be conceivable that i can up my metabolism enough to drop down even more. Gah, all this asceticism better be worth my while.

Orthopedist at 1:30 today. I'm really curious what this is going to end up being. Hopefully just a nerve release. My elbow feels like it's been smashed in with a hammer. Extending my arm hurts. Closing my fist hurts. Curling my arm hurts. Pain isn't localized to just the elbow. I see scalpels and Versid in my future. Wonder if I can talk the doc into not using GA if it goes that route. Intubation and all that monitoring crap is expensive.

You doing the 3's Saturday? I'll be there Sunday for the 50+, which is basically a long crit. Thought about the P/1 but I've been worked over by those teams enough to know how that would play out.

4's on Saturday. I'm still struggling there, but I think my fitness is beginning to turn around, just at the last race of the season... If I get 6th or better I take the C4's state cup competition - but that's unlikely. I think the peak I hit when I won those couple races must have been huge, cause when I came down off it I had absolutely nothing comparable to that month of fitness.
