Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

What's up with the two bells? Looks like she could use one of these on her handlebars:

Is it just my 1080p monitor but I can see her nipples in the first picture and her underwear through the neoprene in the latter....

And is that two bells for extra awesomeness?

And judging by the paparazzi (look at the crowd in the first picture!), the scarf also serves a dual purpose of covering one's face.

I imagine she's pulling the sensory deprivation thing because of the mob of photographers/paparazzi behind her. I don't blame her. Catching Katy perry in stretchy lycra & spandex is probably one of those guys' professional wet dreams.

i agree. saw these pics elsewhere and gave her mental props for riding in such cold weather, but looking at that first photo makes me think it was much more likely to TRY to hide from all those ******-bags

two bells, two brakes, zero water bottle cage, but very nice "alternate" water bottle holder.

sadly by covering her face she comes off as even more conspicuous...
