Just to be clear

The fixed side cup on a 72-73 International is reverse thread right? It's really tight and I just want to make sure I'm not making a bonehead move. I'm PB Blasting it overnight and give it a whirl tomorrow

Why are you taking it out? They are called "fixed" because they really fix them in there.

The frame is leaving my possession and I'm keeping the Campagnolo BB. This one is in quite well!

Yes, if you are looking straight at it, you would remove it by turning to the right.
