Pretty ridiculous what the in network discount works out to.

^^^^ That's really been going around here. All kinds of neighbors are getting that one. It's like the old Cruise Ship Virus from 2003(?). Sweeping the nation...

Good luck with it. Ick.

I vaguely remember an ad where they cooked a hot dog and the plate didn't even get hot!

Took me a while to get to bile this go round. I think it was around 4:57AM Monday morning. Very convulsive though.

I wrote out some goals for this year since I won't be racing much. I want to keep up my training and get my diet super clean. I think keeping this in front of me will help keep me focused.

Right now, at home, things are pretty good considering. I mean, heck, I think about where things could be if I totally gave up and walked out. Which some think I should have probably.

My main think is to keep a positive mindset when I see all of y'alls results and race reports and wish I was there with you.

I am glad things are good for you, or at least getting better, my wife and I went thru a 2 year funk about 7 years in, and it came shockingly close to ending. My dad told me the best way to avoid divorce is to not get one, took me a few weeks to really understand it and let it sink in.

on another note..I also hope that you are not using my results to help your positive mindset that would be a fail

My race reports will only be of comedic value I'm afraid. And you wouldn't want to be anywhere near me. Too much shame...
