OK I have a couple oddball items for anyone willing to pick up shipping. PROMISED ALL TO SAILORBENJAMIN

The first is a Stronglight 99 46t chainring which, sadly, looks like it spent part of its life in acid and none of it on a bike. The teeth are in great shape but no way you'll ever buff out the deep corrosion. One of the mounting holes is sort of delaminating but it still seems strong and completely useable if you don't care about aesthetics, need a winter ring for a FG, just really need a 46 no matter what, etc.

The second is driveside arm only from a Raleigh branded crank (SR?), 118 bcd, complete with a 39 ring and no bolts. I figure maybe someone can use this for a Grand Prix singlespeed or something.

I like that Raleigh crank if only I had a Raleigh to put it on, but I'll live with out. =P

Hey, can I have that Raleigh crank? It's gotta fit something in this pile here. May as well put that funky Stronglight ring in the envelope, too, unless someone else wants it.
Thanks!

Where did all these Raleigh cranks come from? At the risk of glutting the market, I am offering an SR Raleigh-branded crankset with Raleigh dustcaps. The chainguard has some nicks and wobble, and the finish is not good--though it should polish up nicely. This crankset came from a '77 Raleigh Super Grand Prix. Size is 165mm. I'll cover shipping to the lower 48.

I found this old Giant MTB in the trash today and it seemed to nice to leave there. I'd like to see it leave here in one piece but I'll part it out if it sits too long (maybe the wheels aren't worth the shipping as they don't look original). If I do part it out I'll keep the cranks. You pay shipping from NY, 10977

Retrofit,

I've taken from this thread twice and not returned the favor, otherwise I'd be after that freewheel and those 700c tires!

So I had a bunch of stuff up for eBay auction ending last night, and these bits didn't sell even at 99 cents starting bid, so I offer them up for $6 Priority Mail shipping--Shimano 600 FD and RD and Shimano Golden Arrow FD and RD:

Payment by PayPal to lerner.n@gmail.com. I'd prefer each set go to a different claimant. Thanks.

Neal, I'll take one of those, which one would work best on a 1x5 setup, with a 14-28 freewheel?
I think I'll take the 600, it has a short cage.
Thanks.

I would too, if I had scored something like that... I'm just glad I recently decided to give up the vintage parts without looking back, because Dura Ace levers are so obnoxiously competed for on Ebay, that it take weeks to procure a pair even if you have the money.

In any case, a very generous donation retrofit!
