So obviously the "Screen Images Simulated" means that the bikes are not real, but too bad, that would be awesome for night riding...

"Screen images simulated" means that the phones are vaporware, not the bikes

If you painted your bike a fluorescent color and someone followed you around with a black light, your bike could glow too

the are glow in the dark paints and powdercoats out there.

I have a friend who had the wheels on his car sprayed glow in the dark green. pretty cool stuff
