Sea level to 140' in Pensacola/Gulf Coast, I can get somewhat higher over near TomD77's area in Santa Rosa County. Lots of rollers where the creeks have cut down the clay and sand over the years.

Depending on which way to travel, I'm a ways inland from the Gulf, so my house is high and dry at 40 feet.

Been looking at the listings the past few weeks. Properties are quite affordable in Big Bear right now.

About 6900'. Had never lived at this altitude before so it took about 3 months before I could ride and run like I did at sea level.

170 feet, give or take. Depends on whether I live at home or at work (debatable).

Within inches of exactly 600 ft. above msl here in suburbia, although the wife's raised vegetable beds are nearly 601 feet since I just turned them over and added a few bags of manure.

A question that seldom comes up in the part of the country that I live in. I think St Louis is around 800' but I really don't know.
