One goal down

I finally made it to the top of mt rose pass...about 4400 feet of climbing in 16.5 miles.

I was slow lol but faster than those who have not even gone.

I am kinda stoked I made it up.

Oh btw breathing above 8000 on a Bike sucks lol

And to this I say... (clap, clap, clap)

Well done. I bet you felt pretty damn good about your accomplishment too and deservedly so.

Is this part of that nasty century course you linked a while ago?

That's awesome! 4,400 feet elevation in 17 miles is no joke. Do you have any pictures to share with us?

No pics. I was so toasted I got to the pull off at the top and laid down

Never thought to take out my phone.

Its on strava for those of you in the Clyde club...the entire segment..I am like next to last lol

No this climb is longer and higher than that century. I did one of the climbs on that century yesterday, but still have not done the big one.

I'm sort of glad we don't have climbs like that in my area. If we did, I'd either have to go do them or come up with a fairly long list of excuses. And, I'm not that good at excuses...............
