YOu have restored my faith. I just had a very depressing trip to Walmart this afternoon. Every time i go in there I simply can't figure out why all of these young people are fat as hell and many of them unable to walk and riding on those freakin scooters.

It makes me sick to see how little ambition they have and how low they will let their bodies sink. Your pictures are amazing and impressive. Your site is also a great tool to show what can be achieved through cycling, determination, discipline etc.

You are an inspiration! I love your website. I have no doubt that you have changed for good, and that you will continue to inspire others to do the same through hard work, discipline, and common sense.

Congratulations!

12 years ago I lost 120lbs. I did it by divorcing my now ex-wife.

That was impressive. I need to lose 35 pounds and I'm going to use your book and hopefully get back to a size 32 waist. Thank you.

Wow that's awesome! I would brag on that to anyone and everyone. I don't have 100lbs to lose but I could certainly stand to lose 40. Thanks for the link!

Really interesting web site. I love the substitute food tips, and the luxury idea. If it really has to be chocolate, make it the most delicious, most expensive chocolate you can find. Eat one square and hurridly give the rest away. (A much more calorific variation on your chocolate mousse idea)

Congratulations to you, also your mom and wife. You all look so great. How exciting to have those you love share in your happiness and share your new outlook on eating and life.

Nice bit of work!! I just hit 50 lbs loss and almost 700 miles since last April. 100 more to go.

It's amazing what motivation you get when the Doc says "lose weight or die!!"

How much more are you going to lose?

Joe

Thanks. My goal is to stick right around this weight. According to the BMI charts, I should lose another 25 or 30 pounds, but my real goal now is to hold my own and perhaps continue to firm up and tone a little more.
