In the few photos of the Davidson fork, I don't see any welds, so I don't think it is a unicrown. Maybe Carbon Fiber?

Great question! I thought Portland was a hot bike market. Have the Portlandians seen it all? So jaded that a mere classic bike from one of the world's best builders of racing bicycles is rather boring? I promise those baskets are removable.

I would have them off in world record time.

Surely someone here would enjoy such a nice bicycle.

If it were a wee bit larger, it would have to come live in Minnesota.

My son loves his Della Santa and it wouldn't mind a little company.

The Miyata steel 1400 was only offered one year - 1989, and should have Shimano 600 Ultegra group.

I don't have room and would only pay if it were less than half of the $199 asking, but given the LJS DO and QR on front/rear, thie Jeunet appears it could be a 630 or better.

Jeunet Franche Comte Bike-Vintage 1972- Original Owner

One of my favorite local shops has a couple of really nice consignment offerings right now, but this one looks especially nice. I just need to grow a little bit for it to fit me.

Nothing fancy, but this is a nice-looking frame. A proper saddle and maybe some gumwalls would do wonders to the overall appearance.

Anyone have thoughts on what model this is? May be interested in picking it up. Looks like a decently high-end Fuji, from the late 70s. Looks like a Cyclone MKII RD. Paint original?

"Brand new" PX-10. I didn't scrutinize every inch, but this looks legitimately straight out of the box to me.

Never Ridden All Original Peugeot PX 10 and It's The Real Thing | eBay - $1500 OBO, too rich for me, but looks like it was stored in a time capsule and is probably right for someone with the money...

I have a blue '72 on the exact opposite end of the spectrum on condition (it's rough). This is gorgeous. Even has the original Unica Nitor seat.

Looks like it might possibly be a repainted mid-70s S-10-S, which would be a hi-ten frame. Suntour VGT / Compe-V derailleurs, Sugino Maxy crank, Dia Compe centerpulls. Likely the Barcons were added later. The frame probably has chromed socks under the paint on the forks and stays.

Helpful. Didn't seem like a stock paint job. Sounds like a pass.

Goldish handelbars seen on later Viscounts.

And the Seattle Viking was posted the other day which is similar, it seems these British companies enjoyed a sort of merger at one time.

We pretty much had this kind of bike, chrome back and front, a flag (navy) blue color for $200; then, they dropped it to $150 and it looks like it got sold (the dreaded "that listing has been deleted" webpage). It was definitely too small for me. It doesn't mean anything to me one way or another but that front fork looks all chrome. I don't think they came that way. That Mixte looks a little bigger than the one that was on sell here; so, I was able to pass it by somewhat on that basis. I would be unable to make a guess as to what type it was though.
