Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The helmet normally runs $300 msrp, you're paying an extra $20 for the color gradient and the Paul Smith name. $20 extra dollars isn't all that extravagant.

I dunno, I like things that aren't the norm. Most of the kits I've purchased in the last year have been limited edition runs that were featured on wtfkits.

This, the only person who thinks a helmet can look good is a cycling dweeb and do remember, the rest of the world thinks we are the true dweebs of the world.
My family even thinks I look ridiculous. My work associates, I don't even bring the topic up.

No lie: I've actually picked up a damn fine chick because she thought I looked cool in my cycling gear. No sh*t. We hung out, drank together, and did the nasty.

I really like that scalpel. Too bad it doesn't come in white/orange, so it won't go with the rest of my bike and kit.
