Can't wait for this puppy to come to market already. The only non-fugly bell for a road bike ever. I want to be able to alert MUP users to my presence without yelling.

I want one, but it's been "out of stock" for ages. Maybe I'll just make one. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Mine should be arriving either late this month or early next month. I'm pretty dang excited about it!

Just got an update from them the other day. I can't wait for mine. Especially since we are required to have a bell by law.

I had a PDW Alexander Graham Bell which I really liked, but it requires a stem spacer to mount (goes right under the stem.) After my last fit adjustment, I lost the ability to fit that spacer, so I tapped a hole in my stem and mounted the bell directly. Then the fit changed again and I went to a 20mm shorter stem, so now the bell is in a drawer. Will be nice to have a bell back-- it has come in handy on many occasions.

I think the more difficult part will be mounting the "bell" on the clamp without killing the sound. Have to calculate the nodes, I suppose. I'll probably use stainless, instead of brass, too. Were you able to see how Knog attached the metal to the polymer?

I saw someone with one of these bells on their bike.
Well, in actuality I HEARD them, I looked over and didn't find the bell until they pointed it out to me. It was black, not brass colored like the picture. If you're looking for a "hidden" bell, putting it on your stem is the way to go.

I tried two rubber stand-offs through holes near each end which wasn't all that damping, but probably not very durable. I spent more time with the clapper, to make it a sliding piece following around the curve which I thought is more in keeping with the overall look and design.

But for bells:
Bike Bells.
Not required in our fair city (Cambridge, MA)!
But near MA, they are required.
My current set-up:
Which will move to noble steel when Oi arrives, now scheduled out to the last two weeks of September.

I'm still waiting & excited about my order. Ti + 2x Aluminum bells.
On the "bright" side, my Reelight NEO arrived today

A little heavier than I expected. I'll try it out soon.

My cheap ($1.50) and small bike bell from China was loud enough this past weekend to alert a jogger to my presence on a MUP, and he was even wearing headphones. After I gave him a couple dings he waved acknowledging that I was there. So I'll probably stick with it, though I like the looks of the Oi.

I don't know whether TAVTA stole the design from Knog or vice versa or if they coincidentially created the same design, but you can get the nighdentical TAVTA Invisible Bike Bell right now from the usual Chinese sellers for about $10. I have one and confirm it looks nice but sounds weak.
The Oi is a great design, but I'm not convinced it's original. Some Oxelo scooters have been equipped with a similar OEM bell for about two years.

I ordered mine on Oct 10 and as far as I can tell it hasn't even shipped yet. They have pushed the 'expected shipping date' back several times, and I'm really starting to wonder if it will ever get to me.
