Shining Sea Bike Trail Parking

Is the parking lot along the end of the Shining Sea Path free? This is the lot before you hit Woods Hole.

Not that I'm aware of. There is a small free lot about a mile from the ferry parking lots.

Do you mean the parking area where the trail ends and you ride though the lot before the ferry?

If you look at Google map from satellite view you will see a parking area where the trail ends. I rode to Woods Hole 2 years ago and rode through this parking area. I did not see any signs saying if there was a cost for parking.

Found out that the lot in question is for subscribers of the ferry who travel back and forth. It is a paid for lot

It is free I have used it many times. It is listed as the Shining Sea Parkway North Falmouth Parking Lot on Google Maps and is just NE of the intersection of Depot Road and County Road. You have to cross County road to get to the path.

Careful at the beach area portion of it in summer people are not watching where they are going as it is quite beautiful and they are looking at the scenery.
