6/3 = 68 miles. Shaved 12 minutes off the same ride last week. Feeling a lot less fatigued too, as evidenced I spent time in Z1 for the first time (5 whole minutes, but still!) and added speed for more or less the same effort level.

6/6 31 miles. Typical training ride
6/9 39 miles. Good ride! Shaved 10 min off this benchmark ride, AND my heart rate was 5bpm lower average. Really felt good on the bike today. Nasty headwinds 15+ on the last 12 miles of the ride, and I still maintained the 15mph average.
6/11 54.4 miles Climbed a CAT 4, stayed with the lead group the whole way.
6/13 26.8 miles
6/14 17 miles
6/17 14 miles
6/24 33 miles Work and 110/45C weather and it has been a week off the bike. Several trips to the gym instead and I was stronger than ever on the bike. Stopped at a roadside farm and had the BEST. NECTARINE. EVAH.

283 miles total

Not off to a great start this month. Road bike is out of commission until my rear wheel is fixed. My lower back has also been killing me after riding which leads me to believe I need to put a lot more effort into stretching and mobility (along with perhaps some fit tweaking).

June 7 - 13.4km (mountain)
June 18 - 23.4km (fixie) + 4.8km (grocery run)
June 19 - 12.1km (mountain)

MTD - 53.3km / 1259m climbed

Wasn't going to ride today ... but the weather is awesome, work is slow and my legs felt better after two straight days of riding than they have all year, so I went for it. Tried to keep to a recovery pace

Looks like it's going to be nice weather for you guys @Yendor72 ... and it looks like a great tour. I can personally vouch for the Minhas tour in Monroe (if you've never done it) ... a decent tour with a nicely liberal sampling available before and after the tour

Hope the hills don't treat you too bad

We've done this ride before. Great hosts and beer and cheese daily. The best part is a nice hotel stay afterwards, no tenting. Minhas did pour us a lot of samples. We paid for beers in New Glarus, but it was worth it. I should be adding about 260 miles to my total for the month. Thanks!

Four days in a row ... pretty windy this afternoon, and warmer than it has been all week. I think if it weren't for the wind and if I had more time I would have done longer.

Total - 170 miles

Wanted to ride yesterday, but I spent the weekend painting our front porch and was incredibly stiff and sore from it, plus by the time it warmed up yesterday, the winds were just howling, so I didn't.

Today's ride was awesome. Made it up this half-mile hill, that starts gradual and then hits like 6-8% at the very top, without stopping for the first time. Not a huge accomplishment for many of you climbers, but for a former flatlander, it's a definite victory. Averaged over 14 mph, and took my new Fat Lad at the Back kit for it's maiden voyage. All in all a good day
