Shimano Wheelsets ?
I normally build my own wheels because I like to you don’t save any money but I get what I want. Normally I go 20 radial front and 2x 28 in rear wheel. Use novatec hubs they are fine but recently my Habanero Ti came with Shimano rs 61 wheels 16 front 20 rear. After almost 4000 miles they are still true never touched. But the catch is I love the silent free hubs. It has changed my thinking I would rather have this as first priority over weight and spoke count.
So if I were going to upgrade this set what Shimano set is a good up grade. I thought about building a set but if I stay with stock Ultegra hubs it is going to be 32 32. I was think of dt Swiss 440 rims but frankly it probably is not an upgrade. Help me pick a set.

Just put grease in your freehub. That should quiet it down. I have a cheap one I did this too and it's silent. Normally I remove all the grease as I like the noise :-)

There is not a lot of difference between a 6800 stand alone rear hub and the hub in that RS61. The flange and drilling are obviously different, but the innards are cut from the same cloth.
If you want quieter than what you got, you'll need a different hub.

I am looking for what Shimano wheelset is a good upgrade from what I have. I know Shimano wheels are all quiet.
