I run TRP spyre brakes with the OEM pads. In the wet they are really noisy and braking power is sub par. I want to try something else, but Im not sure what to pick. I was thinking of trying some organic pads for less noise and more bite?

I got Kool Stop disc pads , you may like them ..

On My 20" wheel bike friday a 160 disc is 1/3 of the wheel size.

They're officially cross compatible with pads for Shimano M525. B01s is one of the most common disc pads out there in resin and work well. Resin typically has less initial bite, wears faster, but has more progressive modulation and lower noise. Also check for contamination.

Dump the calipers and pads and replace with BB7 road calipers. That will fix all your issues with TRP disc brake's sub-par performance.

I'd just get the 4 season pads and be done with it.

I disagree; the Spyre's symmetric moving piston design is superior to a BB7 and they work well.
