Where to see vintage bicycles around Japan?
I'll be in Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka next week. Where should I go to see vintage bicycles? Shops, museums etc. I'll be checking out Cycles Grand Bois in Kyoto already.
Thanks!

I would go to the Compass bikes/Bike Quarterly website and see if you can email Jan Heine directly. He's written a number of articles for Bike Quarterly on touring Japan that included visits to very cool bike shops.

In Kyoto I stopped by Cycle Shop Eirin Marutamachi a few years ago and remember they had some bins of used parts as well as older frames and jerseys on the wall. I picked up some stems with very Japanese bells tapped in them for maybe 10 bucks each. I don't know that I'd go too far out of my way, but if I were in the area I'd swing on by. https://goo.gl/maps/b7K1X6Nkqyn
I'm going to watch this thread as well and I'll post anything I come across since I'm currently planning my Eroica Japan 2019 trip.
EDIT: On my list for Tokyo is Blue Lug in Shibuya which isn't vintage at all, but the accessories they carry are pretty stylish. I sometimes see some crossover between their stock and Velo Orange in tires.
