A comprehensive collection of Trek catalogues is available on the Vintage-Trek website. You should be able find what you need.
Regarding the Bianchi, well need pictures and/or the serial number to determine the exact year, after which we may be able to provide the specs.

Can’t do photos until the weather improves, but the Bianchi serial number is either 9679586 or 9879586. Very overpainted.

I think the Tangent was only a two year model '89 and '90. The '89 was pretty nice with a full Tange DB ChroMo frame/fork ,and festooned Suntour XC-9000, wif GPX brake levers, and came in Celeste only.
The '90 was a Tange Prestige in SuperSet 2 configuration, same frame as the Equinox, and fitted out with SunTour XC-Comp with the GPX brake levers. It came in Mint Celeste or Neon Yellow Synthesis (white, Yellow and Silver fade)

So it appears to be a mostly-intact 89, but with Nitto handlebars, as per the 1990 specs, so maybe late 1989 or continuous improvement process at work.
