Not me. I got a new helmet for $12 at Performance but it's old tech.
I also know of a guy in Denmark who is doing a run of hairnets for €65 apiece plus shipping...supposed to be awesome in multi direction impact situations.

It hadn't even dawned on me that Final Four was in Minneapolis this year. We are going to the Frozen Four in Buffalo - that's a week from now. Initially my wife wasn't enthusiastic about Buffalo, but I pointed out that the Hockey Hall of Fame is in nearby Toronto, and all of a sudden she liked the idea a whole lot more.
In other news, our house is sold (and settled), we are moved, the taxes are done, various repairs on the new house are getting done, and the weather is getting nice. We still have lots of "stuff" to deal with, but we aren't on an accelerated timeline any more.
I found a new section of trail last weekend that opened up during the winter - the next section of the "Lewes-Georgetown" trail. That trail is now 4.5 miles from end to end. Eventually they want to get the trail to Georgetown, and then it will be 17 miles in length.

Also, in other news, I will likely get the XXX Wavecell in Fluo. I needed a new aero road helmet anyway, and the Ballista was supposed to be among the fastest and did well in the VT concussion testing itself. The price drop puts it in line with the other aero road helmets anyway. Just need to wander to the LBS and place the order.
I fully expect to be more roasted than those coffee beans for that.
Also, I kinda wish I could pull off the special edition purple, but no.

Funny thing is, the Garmin sleep tracking algorithm has been updated and now considers me still "asleep" for up to half an hour after I get out of bed, until coffee is consumed. I'd file a bug report, but this seems more accurate.

Having read Trsnrtr's wife's frustrations, I can understand how lucky I am to have sustained a life-threatening workplace injury over year ago that is still having effects, but the medical people who attended to me, except for two nursing staff out of around 100, have been wonderful both in how they have treated me and their communication skills.
Apart from the head injury, the one thing that is still outstanding is the numbness in my left leg and foot which is slowly improving -- and a neurologist has been very clear in both understanding my case and indicating that nerve out my my back is not the cause, but the very heavy duty medical chemical treatment administered initially through that leg may be a contributing factor..
Fortunately, the law here requires continued wage provision through the insurance system, and that is still happening. I am not sure what is going to happen with my income earning capacity, but there is time for me to think long hard about it, and if I could find a way, return some of it back to journalism.

I've been running a Mips helmet for a year. Bell is the only helmet that really fits my noggin, so I went with a Stratus. The team had a deal on Giro, but they just don't work.
A U-Lock weighs more than my whole bike.

Yes, when commuting and running errands, but not when I tour. When I tour I carry a light weight combo lock to deter crimes of opportunity. Gets sporadic use as I am often in places where there are few people.
I believe this is it:
