Looks more early 70's to me, though I'm no Frejus expert. The Campagnolo parts alone are worth >$150, so I would vote yes.

I'd say yes, too. Bring 5mm and 6mm hex wrenches and a can of WD40 to make sure you can break the stem and seat post loose for eventual adjusting to your size.
Edit: I guess the 5mm may not be necessary for that seat post bolt. Maybe a 13 or 14mm box wrench? (Bring 'em all)

The components are all in fine working order, I am not a Campy expert, but it looks like it has:
-Record tall-flange hubs and QRs
-record HS
-nuovo Record derailleurs
-record crank
-campy pedals
-campy dropouts
-campy bits and pieces like a pump bracket, cable holders on top tube, cable guides above the BB, take a look at the photos
-TTT Gran Prix stem and bars
-universal center-pull brakes
-no name brake levers with A’ME hoods
-Nisi Moncaliere rims
-Columbus tubing
Take a look at the photos, I may be wrong! Haha

A nice find - glad you got it. Check for date stamps on the top of the rear derailleur, back of the crank arms (probably none there if pre-1973), and the hub lock nuts. I'm guessing it's a '67 or '68. The crank is 144 bcd which started in 1967, and Universal 61's would have been superseded by Super 68's in '68.

Hi, thanks for the info! Ijust brought the bike home! The frame and paint are in decent condition, but the decals are pretty much toast and the chrome lugs have seen better days. What would the best route be for cleaning/polishing the frame and chrome without damaging it further?

What a great score. The ". L" serial number is a bit baffling.
That's a mighty big small chain ring on it now. It may be a 151 crank.
Kind of looks like it. With the Nisi serrated rims and oil nipple on the head tube,
and bottom bracket shell, I'd guess 64 or 65. Rear derailleur may be a later addition.
Just guessing here.
BTW, the brake levers may not have a name on them, but they go with the calipers.
Just the hoods are replacements.

Thanks again everyone for all of the comments and information! I have been out of town and haven’t been able to respond. But, I broke the bike down before I left and used evaporust on the chrome and some small spots of rust (the frame has very little rust!). After returning home today I was able to unwrap the evaporust-soaked paper towels and the chrome just looked fantastic! Not perfect by any means, but so much better. I gave the frame a quick cleaning and it looks better, but still needs a deep clean and polish.
I want to replace the colored and striped decals on the seat tube, as well as the decals for the downtube and fork. Does anyone know which are decals and which are stickers? And what the best source for the decals is? I was thinking velocals.com.
