Yeah. I was speaking from a truly aesthetic point of view.
Here is the Best in Show winner. Annodized ti frame. I would totally ride that like I stole it. Wish they had included eyelets and seat stay brazeons for a rear rack. Maybe you could double up using the fender eyelets and get a seat post collar attachment for the top part of the rack, or is the latter already included on the seat post? Talk about commuting in style.

But yeah, that fender was the very first thing that poked my eye when I saw the pic. Cringeworthy.

Gah. Sometimes, it's just not easy. Strava seems to be content with letting me have multiple last days of my trial period, but I thought that it was time to give Sufferfest a try. Nope. My BT dongle, which was required by TrainerRoad, doesn't play well with others, so I'll need to pick up another. Not to be dissuaded, I went back to Zwift for today. Then my friggin' PC crashed... twice. It's been really unstable since an update yesterday.
Since I needed to get in a workout, I just pedaled for a while.
Now the wife wants to go to IKEA, which will be far more uncomfortable than the trainer work.

Wait til I show my new girlfriend this. She will then appreciate me for the utter and complete effing bike weenie that I am. And remain, e-bike shenanigans notwithstanding.
I think I'm falling for this woman. It's been less than 3 weeks, but we both appear to have it bad. I don't want to utter the L word however.
Learning how close I am to the 100K post mark gives me newfound inspiration to stay here and annoy you idiots again. At least until I reach that vaunted career BF Milestone. Then I'll retire in glory, my admission to the BF Hall of Fame assured.

Every time I see a photo of him I am taken back to Jackson, MT, in 2016. Stayed at a hostel that also has camping. One guy camping looked eerily similar to the character, only with a pony tail. He was also socially awkward and downright strange. I got up to use the bathroom at 2:30 in the morning. Opened my room's door and dude was standing right outside of it swiping through photos on his tablet. Scared the crap out of me. He had a bunch of junk piled up on his rear rack. At the top of the pile was an entire case of Ramen noodles. He and another guy were riding the Trans Am route. It's not like they were going into the middle of nowhere without services.

Ah yes didn't see you on there when I first glanced. Congrats?
Doood that sux.
I started getting those a couple years ago. Had no idea that they were migraines because they didn't hurt. Went to a brain doctor who said I was fine, but didn't offer much in the way of explanation, assistance, or really anything that could be at all considered helpful.
Then the internet told me it was probably visual migraines.
I bought some cheap computer glasses just to see if they would help and they seem to, for the most part.

Not that I can remember. Do tell.
Instant ramen is delicious, suuuuper healthy, packs light and is cheap - what's not to love?

A few years ago, after getting roped into yet another visit to IKEA, I was looking around the store. I had a keen observation...
me: I think every man in this place is either whipped or gay.
mrs: Which are you?
She’s a witty one, my wife. But I think the observation is mostly valid.
