My Checkpoint ALR in road and off road modes.
The road wheels are the stock ones with 700x40c Mitas Long Way tires and an SLX 11-42 cassette with the stock disc brake rotors.
Off-road wheels are 27,5" with 2.2" Continental Race King Protect tires, and XT 11-46 cassette, Ultegra brake rotors and a Schmidt dynamo front hub. I want another dynamo for the road wheels, I'll get it whenever my budget allows.

New (to me) 2021 Aspero GRX
Bought it from a guy who had it all wrapped in protective film and then put 40km on it in 2 months... maybe a bit too aggressive a bike for people coming from the mountain bike side of things...feels great to us road guys.

I finally finished my long-term project, my 1971 Raleigh Super Course. It has 700x37 tires which are pretty slick, not ideal, but they will do for now. With fenders, a rack, and three or four lights, it's designed to be an all-purpose bike.

2021 Giant Revolt Advanced 2. Loved my 2019 Revolt so much, I bought another one! Was supposed to be upgraded to GRX di2, but the parts are delayed, so I'll ride it with the mech GRX (which is still great!) and upgrade when the parts come in, which might not be until December! Currently in road mode, I'll post pics with the gravel wheels later this week when I set her up for my race on Sat.
Color is Rosewood, goes from purple to brown depending on the light/angle.

Gravel, cobbles, pavement, pavé...it works. I might get a new gravel grinder at some point.

Finally content with the build, i just got the bike fit by a local fitter. Ended up going with a wider saddle and a longer reach stem. Super plush ride! Love the simplicity of the bar ends + mechanical disc brakes.

Waiting for air quality to be tolerable again. Pretty rare here in Bakersfield with the ag and dairy air, now the CA fires. Cleaned up for glamour shots after a brief ride through an active oil field.
