Nope, I've just seen a documentary and a news story or two about Tangier. And just guesstimating about what would be reachable if you approximately repeated mileage from today.
Did a little sailing in the 12 footer on the Potomac around DC BITD. High point was running the centerboard into something near National's approach lights for runway 1, quickly capsizing and then all the fun involved in righting her.

Daughter has sailed and capsized little boats down there. The water was even dirtier BITD, I’m sure. When were you in DC?

Get scared and yell at Long-suffering Spouse. Both activities are great for my HR. I can even do both at the same time for additional benefit.
Actually, there’s a lot of exercise in being the crew and navigator on a moderately powerful and aggressively sailed 40-footer. I am running around the deck, up and down the companionway ladder, changing and coilng lines, launching, retrieving, and packing the spinnaker, and grinding winches the whole time. The number of calories I burn in a day of it is phenomenal.

It was 72F on my ride today, it didn't stop me. I HTFU and rode. In other news, I have a functioning kitchen sink again!
We are wildly over budget on our project.

rjones28 would have entered the correct values into his spreadsheet and produced an accurate budget. Probably.

Oh, someone at COTA tonight had a set of actual Zipp 101s. Never seen those in the wild before.
