Those "GCN does science" videos should be taken with a grain of salt. They typically have an n of 1 or 2, so not enough to draw any real conclusions.
How fast 2 roadies vs 1 TT rider would do could be better estimated from wind tunnel data, I suspect.

Pure entertainment; hold my beer stuff, and very good in that capacity. Oh, and good advertising too.

I’m going to read it as soon as I finish my latest Icelandic murder mystery. The Northern Europe countries seem to like a good detective story.

Definitely, but I don't think that the deck was stacked in Si's favor, at all. For all the kvetching about following distance, pulls and rotation efficiency, etc, those two guys are stupid strong. Connor was the masked man in the "How Long Can You Hold 440w?" video, and he held it for something like 40+ minutes, which absolutely bonkers and smashes anything that Si could manage.

WhyFi posted the video and it was completely ignored. But then I ask a few questions and everyone lights their torches to burn the heretic.

Check out the course and see that it really does not favor a TT bike in the first place.

Oh, I can turn a lot of climbs in to 5+ minutes.
The closest that I have to that, within cycling distance, is 1 mile at 5% (280ft). My best on that is 5:16, but that was in the middle of a 92 mile ride -

Totally. Our club used to host a hill climb.

IIRC, the first 5 miles (down-to-flat terrain) were the neutral start/warm up.

On the subject of segments with other Addictionites, there are now some Cap Trail segments with myself, Dan and bampilot06. Anyone got a segment with 4 or more Addicts?
