The nice things about Terry bikes are
a) nobody seems to recognize them as quality
b) usually really good groupsets
c) very durable paint jobs
d) I usually see them hardly ridden
e) due to lack of brand recognition they're usually cheap.
The downside is they're usually shorter frames.
Ps that one looks in the worst shape I've seen and they're usually way cheaper. We went through a period this year when we were seeing them on this thread for $100-150 IIRC.

The top tube is wrong for a MX Leader Team frame. It is reversed. The rounder end of the tube should be near the seat tube and the flatter end should be near the head tube.
Possible Ex Motorola Team Frame? There's a number hanger. Repainted, though. Still an MX Leader frame
