Yes, it was. It was a nice ride and went though the war museum. In October will be a 200 from Maasland, why don't you join?

Here's a shot of my Pashley Path-Racer where we came to a stop at the ABCE Gravity Race and Day-Old Pastry Joust. (All British Cycling Event)
The bike upheld its pedigree, carrying me past all the other "nutters" on their Raleighs and Rudges, Robin Hoods and Hercules. We even beat a fabulous Mercian racer! I put that one down to ballast - I weigh twice as much as the Mercian pilot.
What a brilliant day out!

Forgot my keys this morning; had to wake the wife up and have her buzz me in. She was less than happy 😅

My name is Kevin, screen name LibertyFLS for the car club I’m in and it’s my Instagram. About to be 51, back on road bikes this year thanks to Covid shutting down the gym so a big positive for me personally this year.
Hadn’t ridden a road bike since my old Trek in 1989 frame broke due to a friend crashing into a tree with it. Didn’t know any better back then and dad wasn’t a mechanical guy so I assume eventually the frame and box of parts wound up in a dumpster. Wish I knew then it could have been easily welded, but I didn’t. Anyhow I went from no road bike at all to four of them in a matter of a few months and I’ve put a little over 1k miles in 4 months and absolutely love cycling.
