12 miles and nearly 1800' elevation gain of mountain biking today.
It's very rough terrain around here. I somehow managed to not hurt myself or my bike but a full suspension would be really lovely

I was planning a short ride today. Maybe 32, maybe 40 miles. After all, I Zwifted yesterday for two hours, because I figured there might be smoke again today.
BUT it was a beautiful day, and I said, "What the hell. Why not?" and did a 55 mile ride anyway. Now in desperate need of food, shower, and a nap. In that order.

1:16? Really? Perhaps I'm not understanding correctly again. Like the 4k thing. Of course I'm looking at it on a small computer screen, and have no idea how big the paper is.

In one experiment, for example, they exercised young and old athletes to the same degree of dehydration and measured a bunch of stuff, including ratings of thirst. The old guys felt less thirsty.

As I neared home, about 3 miles out, I was passed on a little short climb by a guy on an Ebike. Half a mile later, there he was on the side of the road, obviously having some problem. I confess to smiling a bit inside.

Interestingly, I notice CC, at least, has a full range of Di2 shifters and derailleurs available. Hopefully that's promising for Tuesday.
