Reach is the most important stem measurement, measured in mm from clamp center to bolt center and usually come in 5mm increments. Yours looks between 100 and 120mm.

Width is important for drop bars, measured in cm from bar end center to the other. They're often 38, 40, or 42cm.

Thanks Surfer Rosa. I’ve a hard time figuring out what and where and how I needed to measure. This is appreciated.

The black anodized stem bolt is aftermarket, and quite desirable/rare. It was made by Arnold Industries. They were available from Bikecology in the '70s.
