FS 54.5cm Serotta Club Frameset
Sold
Selling a gorgeous, early example of a Serotta frameset. I purchased this from the original owners, who owned a bike ship in upstate NY and commissioned this personally from Ben Serotta. Unfortunately its a bit too big for my wife and it needs a new home.
Overall the bike is in perfect structural condition having been owned bike shop operators. The paint is a bit rough in a few spots, but looks good from a few feet away and there are no dings, dents, rust etc. All threads are perfect and the headset spins beautifully.
The frame measures 54.5cm ctc along the top tube, 52cm ctt and 54.5cm ctc on the seat tube with a 12cm headtube (excluding cups) and 44cm chainstays from center of BB to center of the long Campy dropouts.
The tire clearance on this is great. It was originally built for 27" wheels, and with long reach brakes I was able to fit a 700x33c tire with plenty of room, 35c or more might even work.
I am asking $450 including packing, insurance and CONUS shipping for the frame, fork, campy headset and 26.6mm Campagnolo. Detail pics can be found HERE

Pedal to the medal
Beautiful paint job and lug work. Too small for me. GLWS!

I am sorely tempted - I assume the 26.6 is in reference to the seatpost - is one included? Also, am I dumb or are there not any detail pics included? Last Q just for fun, any info on the tubing used?

Thanks for the note, looks like I botched the album link, but it's fixed now. And yes a 26.6mm campy post is included
