Phil Wood First Gen Hub Dimensions

Does anyone know where I can find hub measurements for a first generation set of Phil Wood hubs? They are 1976 issue, 100/120, and I'm finding conflicting dimensions online. My measurements with a 3x, 612 erd rim came out to DS 293 / NDS 296 which seem too long by a fair bit. Just looking to verify and get these wheels built so I can get the old bird on the road! Thanks in advance.

If you have the hubs in hand, can't you just measure them yourself?

for the early 3 piece Phil hubs I have used these dimensions with good result

special note: Some Phil rear hubs were spaced to customer request. Measure twice, cut once, as Phil himself told me in 1971

Hahaha.... That's how I ended up here! The DS spokes at 293 seem too long as I'm lacing this wheel. I've done many sets of wheels, but never had so many problems with one set of hubs. Maybe they're cursed!

Awesome. Thank you. I will compare with mine and see where things have gone awry.

Thank you for the offer! I'm using Sun Rhyno Lite 700c which I'm less than thrilled about, but it's all I could find in stock for both 40h and 36h drillings. The rims are 612 ERD. My rear hub is 40h and I am wanting to build it 3x to match front lacing, for which my measurements seemed spot on. Any guidance is appreciated.

on the rear assuming 126 OLD and 40 spokes 3 cross to 612 ERD I'm getting

293.6 for the NDS (round up to 294)
291.8 for the DS (round up to 292)

for the front 295.4 or round up to 296

Suggest you confirm the ERD - Always measure ! Do you know how to do that ? use 2 spokes 180 degrees apart
