Italian vintage frame

I bought an Italian road frame, and the branding says "cicli Bono" it's a Columbus Tre Tubi and I'm planing on put it back together with a Campagnolo record 8 speed group set, I will like to know if someone has ever heard anything about this brand, it was probably from a local builder.

Lo9ks like a pretty nice bike, especially as they bothered to have their bike company name pantographed on to the seat stay caps in nice bold letters, where even some of the well known makers don't put too much effort into.
The frame having only one set of waterbottle mounts, might suggest it's from the first half of the 80's. After the mid 80's, pretty .much all race/sport bikes had two of them already.

Cinelli still had single mounts in 1989.

Thanks for uploading the photos, I have removed the scratches and dents in the paint by sanding, then I will apply an epoxy-based rust converter to later repaint (I'm trying to keep the original decals and color scheme) those parts and start assembling everything, I am waiting for the last pieces to arrive by mail.
Another interesting thing is that the fork is also pantographed with "Bono", and you can read the word LADISPOLI in one of the stickers, which is a town near Rome

That would be one of the few exceptions, instead of what was common, by that time....

cicli bono, that's a pretty generic name. It means "good bicycles."

"Cicli Bono" doesn't seem to be a widely recognized or established brand in the cycling world. It's possible that it was indeed a local builder or a smaller-scale operation that produced custom or semi-custom framesets.
