Frame built in Providence, Rhode Island by Brian Chapman, now Chapman cycles. Bought it about About 15 years ago, rode a bunch for a few years, and since has only been used once or twice a year while stored in garage right now. Couple years ago put mustache handlebars with mountain bike thumb shifters. But still have the original Richie drop bars with the ultegra integrated shift/brake. Full Ultegra and Ritchey parts, shimano wheels. New tires a few years ago, very little use. Rides perfectly as I had it fully serviced a couple of years ago , a few rides since Frame is 54 cm, I am 5’8 with average arm and leg length. The saddle will not come with the bike, however, put a picture of three seats you can choose from

Very very clean bike, I believe it's all original in its chrome lug glory. Very good price given the condition. In my younger CV days I didn't think condition mattered all that much as I thought "I'll clean it myself" now I realize getting a bike to this state takes t i m e and something it's nice paying a few extra bucks to receive a bike in this condition.
