Question: Thinking about a new wheelset with phils

I tried the search function but couldn't find exact answers to my questions.
What chainline do phil hubs give? I don't want spend the cash on them if I'll have to mess with my bottom bracket too much to get a good chainline. Set up would be phil hubs, sugino 75 cranks, sugino 75 bottom bracket, and dura ace cog. Does this give a perfect chainline? If not what length spindle would I need.

Thanks

get a phil wood bb and adjust it to a perfect chainline. if you're going to drop that much money on wheels and cranks, put an extra 50 into a bb

Phil track hubs have a 42mm chainline (defacto standard for track hubs).

I have Sugino 75 cranks + matching BB, Phil + EAI and my chainline is bang on.

Not that i'm saying he shouldn't get one, but since when do phil BB's cost 50 bucks? I wish I'd have known when i dropped 130 on mine.

He means $50 more than the Sugino 75 BB.

Or you can always go with the rare Phil Wood Magnium BB w/ proprietary Ti spindle for $250 that's only 140g.

Unlike King headsets, this is the sort of "bling" that nobody can see - truly for the hardcore bling snobs. They go well with ceramic bearings.
