Fork, saddle, and possibly the bar and pedals. You have to weigh the latter two and compare.

You can get lighter wheels as well. Some Shimano hubs with 32h XC rims should shed some weight, but they won't hold up like 36h rhyno lites.

The K-rads are pretty light as far as 2.3s go. You can go lighter, but the K-rads do have very low rolling resistance.

I'd start with the fork and go from there. You can easily ditch a good 2-3 lbs.

Thanks. How are CK hubs for weight? I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with 20mm through axles if I get a new fork, will that impede my weight loss?

Your best ROI is in the rider.

I'm 135 at ~5'6" right now, down from close to 150 at the same height a year ago. I think I'm allowed to shed some weight from my bike now

its a dirt jumping bike, you want strength not light weight. lighetning a dj bike is stupid, mine weighs 32 pounds, and i like it because i have only had to replace parts once on the bike, in four or five months, usually i go through a derailluer every two months. I just needed to replace a chainring and a bashguard.

Except I don't dirt jump it at all anymore. I find myself riding it all the time, for everything. I want it lighter, focusing on a fourcross-style build.

Tires are a quick and easy way to take some weight off of a bike, but if you end up sacrificing traction and durability it may not be worth it to you. I have some very light tires for my KHS and the weight reduction is pretty noticeable, but I never use them anymore because they'll get a puncture from running over a marshmallow. (Not really, but you see what I mean )

I can't get much worse for traction than those damn K Rads. I'm switching to Holy Rollers, they hook up better and I think they're lighter.

If money isn't an issue, get a Fox Talas to replace your DJ4. you'll shave at least a pound off, maybe close to 2
