Forté Mechanical Disc Brakes

I've been searching high and low for a review of these:

https://www.performancebike.com/shop/...tegory_ID=5222

Anyone have insight to offer? I can't find anything.

I image they're junk, but at that price it almost seems worth giving them a try.

I would spend another $15 for the Avid BB5 set, or better yet, an additional $45 for BB7s. That assumes you already have levers and cables, otherwise add another 20.

Don't waste your money. $35 more gets you Avid BB7's front and rear

Shimano makes WalMart stuff too...that doesn't necessarily mean that it is GOOD Shimano.
